Why is my puppy so wild, biting, and ignoring me? Is it normal?

How cute! Yes he’s becoming a teenager. I recommend increasing the daily exercise. Take him for longer walks, more time in the yard and play with him inside. I like to teach them to fetch so I can sit and wear them out throwing the ball or toy. He’s just starting to get more male hormones at this age so that may also be contributing to this behavior. Sounds like Archie has a case of the puppy zoomies! Being mouthy, jumping, and having periods of just "running around like a maniac" are all very common for puppies. Looking into basic obedience about how to stop jumping up behavior and biting/chewing can help start Archie off on the right foot. As puppies explore the world with their mouths much like toddlers do, there are a few things you can do to help turn this into a more positive behavior. The first is to yelp "ouch!" any time Archie gets a little too nibbly, and get up and walk away. He'll quickly learn that what he is doing hurts and doesn't get him any attention. You can also reward him by giving him lots of praise when you spot him chewing on an appropriate toy. If you catch him chewing something he shouldn't, replace it with the correct toy instead and give him praise if he continues to chew on it. Looking into a basic puppy kindergarten can also help get both of you used to each other and establish some "house rules" in addition to learning the fun stuff like sit and stay.

This is a good opportunity to offer toys such as something stuffed or tuggable to play with to help him get out that energy on objects you don't mind him chewing on, rather than things such as shoes or household items! If he's barking randomly, looking up how to teach "quiet" may be useful. 9 weeks is the perfect age to start some basic training obedience. It's normal for puppies to have a lot of energy and want to run and bite things constantly - this is how they play. Just like human toddlers, they're usually very active and constantly into things! She will get calmer on her own as she gets older, but for now you need to provide her with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation to meet her needs. You can take her for walks, enroll in a good puppy class, and play with her using toys. I would also recommend getting her several different things to lay down and chew on, such as bully sticks, pig or cow ears, rawhide chews, or puzzle toys such as a Kong stuffed with peanut butter. This will help encourage her to lay down and relax after she's already played and had plenty of exercise.

Bleu is being a puppy. I would recommend utilizing a crate. This will help him give time to be separate from your other dog. He won't really ever understand what toys are his vs your other dog. He thinks of it as just toys he can play with. I would also recommend getting him tired. Taking him out multiple times to play and go on walks. A tired puppy is a well behaved puppy. If he starts acting up and you are not able to take him out at that point it is ok to put him in the crate to calm down. It isn't a punishment. I would just give him a treat and put him in there.
