If he is otherwise happy, eating/drinking, and urinating and defecating well, and not vomiting, you can try fasting him for 24 hours and see if that improves. If she hasn't been wormed then it is likely due to intestinal worm infestation, tomorrow at the vet's they will deworm her and probably vaccinate her as well, the deworming should resolve those symptoms.
