That's not good that Milo hasn't eaten anything today! It definitely sounds like he's feeling a bit off, especially if he is also lethargic. I would try to tempt him to eat by offering him some boiled white meat chicken (no bones or skin) and white rice. If he refuses to eat that, vomits it, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, and/or continues to be lethargic, you will need to take him into the vet first thing in the morning. Should he eat the chicken and rice, I would feed that to him tomorrow, then slowly add back in his normal diet. I hope this helps!

So sorry that Cujo is not feeling well. Unfortunately his symptoms are very vague and non-specific. Anything that can ail a dog can cause vomiting and lethargy. Common reasons for puppies would be:
* intestinal parasites
* dietary indiscretion
* pancreatitis
* bowel obstruction
* gastroenteritis
* virus
Just keep him calm and quiet until his appointment. It would also be a good idea to withhold food but do make sure he has access to fresh, clean water but don't force him to drink.
Hope this helps. Best wishes.
