Luna does sound pretty bad off, and she could be nauseous or have a severe dental problem. I think it's best she sees a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. It sounds like your dog is sick. The drooling can be due to nausea, and the lethargy, vomiting, anorexia, and diarrhea could be due to a severe GI illness, eating something rotten, pancreatitis, or a foreign body. I would take your dog into a vet right away for an exam, he sounds quite ill with all these symptoms, and he needs to be medically treated ASAP.

For this reason, I recommend that you have Luna reevaluated since she has not improved to check for these possibilities and to start therapy based on findings.
