My dog has two small pimples on the side of his penis. I am pointing to it on one of the pictures. He is about 4-5 months old (adopted)

Many puppies will get these "acne"-like lesions. They will often resolve without treatment. Make sure that Sunny is on a good flea preventative, since this can sometimes be seen with flea bites. You can use an antibacterial pet shampoo 2-3 times a week at home. If you are continuing to see more bumps pop up, or if Sunny has additional symptoms like a poor appetite, fever over 102.5, vomiting, diarrhea, etc, he should see a vet.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is likely a focal infection such as puppy pyoderma. You can try to use a medicated shampoo containing chlorhexidine twice weekly for 2 weeks. If there is no improvement or in the meantime this appears to be getting worse, have him evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a good day!
