I have a rescued pitball puppy that has started to develop these lesions everywhere on his body. He doesn't really scratch horribly bad, but they keep popping up in new spots. We have changed his food, and tried giving him oatmeal baths, but they are getting progressively worse pretty quickly. What could this be?

I don't think that I would be overly worried about these at this time. I highly doubt these lesions are related to the Revolution. I suggest you just monitor these for now and if they don't resolve or worsen then get her back to your vet for an exam. They could just be scrapes. If you want to apply a thin layer of Neosporin to them for the next few days you can do that.
Hope this helps. Best wishes.
