My 3-month-old puppy is peeing blood and frequently. What's wrong?

Hi, my dog have around 3 months, i bought him 2 werks ago and he peeing too much, some times more watery sometimes less, withing this 2 week 3 times i saw a tears of blood in his pee, and i saw a time he peint in his place, i give him food 4 times a day and he play with me he look well but his pee make me worry, during this 2 week i try to teach him where to pee but he didnt learn, im so worry for him please answer me as soon as possible, thank you

If there is blood in the urine it could be a urinary tract infection. You can try this supplement but honestly, he probably needs to see a vet as he may need antibiotics.
