Green vulvar discharge can be a sign of puppy vaginitis or occasionally a urinary tract infection. Vaginitis is not usually an emergency and may not be responsive to antibiotics- often topical treatment and probiotics are recommended. If it is vaginitis it is probably okay to wait to see your vet when they open. A urinary tract infection would be an urgent problem and you should see an emergency veterinarian if Gambit is also urinating frequently or straining to urinate.
