It very well could be parvo. I suggest you get her to your vet ASAP for an exam and testing. You really need to know if it is parvo or not. Either way, your vet will help you determine the cause of the bloody diarrhea and give you treatment options. Then, once this diarrhea is cleared up you can get her started on her vaccines. Severe intestinal parasite infections can be lethal. Bleeding means that blood vessels are open, and bacteria from the gut can enter the blood stream and cause sepsis which can be lethal too. All you need to do is a) have a fecal test done at your vet and b) get a wormer after you know which worms he finds, or giardia. Treatment is not expensive.
