Is it safe to feed my puppy cold homemade food from the fridge?

Trusty can of course eat dry food! Sometimes if they seem uninterested you can add a little warm water to soften the food but this most likely is not needed. I would recommend sticking with a basic hard puppy food and not mixing in human foods. Giving human food to dogs is a hard habit to break the earlier you start it. IF Trusty is on a well rounded dog food she should not need supplementation. Hope that helps

If Simon suddenly isn’t eating a food that he had been eating well before, you definitely need to see your vet. If he is eating it but just waits for you to put the home cooked food in, I would say he has you well-trained! Try avoiding the home-cooked food for a day or two and I bet he gets hungry enough to eat. Also try offering whatever food he was eating before he stopped eating or before he came to you. While a raw diet does have increased risk of exposure to bacteria and parasites, if you prepare it properly (or purchase from reputable sources) and practice basic hygiene then you and your pup should be fine. If Blue is doing well on it (eating well, gaining weight, no GI issues, etc), then there is no reason to transition him to a more traditional diet.
