My puppy bit my dogs testicles and left a pretty large puncture wound. Luckily she didn’t make it to the actual testicle, just through the sack. We are treating it with neosporin and cleaning it. Will it heal j it’s own?

It may heal on it's own, but I would be concerned about it getting infected. Oftentimes, dog bites get infected. I would keep an eye out for signs of infection (redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, and pus), and if you see any of those signs, take Brodie into the vet right away. Best of luck.
