My puppy got into dog food bag and ate so much he got bloated. that same night he threw it up and cleared his system, but he began to throw up yellow after that. he drinks water but can’t seem to hold his food dow now. I am not sure what to do. He stopped throwing up for almost a full day until last night at 1:30am, he tossed up some more food I tried to give him. he doesn’t like pumpkin very much. his poop is normal and he’s not dehydrated but it’s hard for him to always drink water

Marley needs to see a vet immediately. It's quite serious that she is vomiting so frequently for so long, and is getting worse. You are correct she could have eaten something in the garbage causing the vomiting, such as rotten food or something that could be obstructed in her GI tract. She needs veterinary care now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.

Marley sounds VERY sick. There are many reasons ranging from toxins, to bacteria to intestinal blockage. She needs to go to the veterinarian ASAP (it sounds like she's hurting) for blood work and radiographs. Once the doctor knows whats going on, she will be able to help Marley feel better. I hope this helps!
