Puppy ate sand, had vet care, but still weak and not eating. Normal?

Based on his exam findings, fecal testing will be recommended to look for any intestinal parasites or other intestinal infections. Decreased appetite is concerning in a puppy because of the potential very serious gastrointestinal infections such as parvovirus that they can get. Monitor him closely for progression of his already decreased appetite, nausea (which may manifest as drooling, decreased appetite and lip smacking), vomiting, severe lethargy and/or diarrhea. If any of these signs are observed, have him evaluated right away. I think that if he is otherwise doing fine, then it is ok to monitor him for now. If he has not improved by tomorrow, then have him evaluated by your veterinarian. Make sure that he is drinking water to avoid dehydration. Good luck! At 2 months of age, this has me worried that he may be battling an infection such as Parvo virus. He may also be dehydrated if he is weak and is likely in need of fluid therapy for rehydration. I would recommend having him examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I would have him parvo tested and have his blood tested to see if there are any other abnormalities. Subcutaneous fluids would certainly help him feel better and he may be so dehydrated the IV fluids may be the best option for him. It is difficult to say without examining him to see how severe he is. I hope this helps! I'm so sorry. It sounds like Yasmin is very sick. If it is at all possible, get him in to a veterinarian as soon as you can. He is probably dehydrated and in need of some IV fluids. His blood sugar also may be dangerously low. If you are absolutely unable to get him to a vet, you can see if he will eat or drink if you hold it up for him. Please do not force water or food into his mouth, especially if he's extremely weak or not responding, as this increases the chances of him aspirating (inhaling the food or water into his lungs and developing pneumonia). You can also try rubbing a little honey or corn syrup on his gums--if his blood sugar is low this may temporarily help. However, ultimately the underlying cause will have to be treated.
