My pregnant chihuahua has fleas. Is stomach gurgling a sign of labor?

It is possible she is pregnant if she was bred or in contact with a male while in heat and is now showing symptoms of pregnancy. There are many conditions that could cause that, one of them is of course pregnancy but there are also very dangerous conditions such as heart failure and tumors that can cause this symptom as well. she needs to see a vet ASAP.

If she has a lot of puppies in there it could very wedll be that the belly is being stretched now that they are growing a lot. As long as your dog i eating and drinking properly and otherwise happy, then there is nothing to worry about.
