Why is my old dog crying, not eating, drinking a lot, and throwing up?

Poor Chika sounds very ill! If she has been throwing up for the past three days, doesn't want to walk, and is very lethargic, she needs to see a vet right away. She could have a foreign body, severe GI illness, pancreatitis, or even cancer (which is unfortunately common in older dogs). The vet can do a physical exam, routine blood tests, a urinalysis, and possibly x-rays to diagnose what is causing her symptoms and can treat accordingly. Please take her into an ER vet now.

I'm concerned that Shin is sick and that he could have something serious going on like diabetes, kidney failure, liver disease, heart disease, or cancer causing him to not eat, lose weight, and vomit. It would be best to have your vet perform a few tests such as bloodwork (to check organ function and for any illness), an X-ray (to check the throat for obstructions or the growth pressing on his chest or lungs) and a possible sample of the lumps to determine what they are (fatty tumors, growths, cysts, cancerous tumors, etc). Your vet can then help you determine what the best course of action would be for helping Taco feel more comfortable.

I recommend a vet visit for Kujo. Vomiting and diarrhea in an older dog can easily cause them to become dehydrated. This could be from dietary indescretion, pancreatitis, diabetes mellitus or even some cancers can show these signs. I recommend taking Kujo to the vet today where they may recommend bloodwork or imaging depending on his presentation. Good luck and hope he's better soon.

Given his age and symptoms, he will need to see a vet as son as possible, it seems like he has nausea and is in severe pain, this is probably due to an internal condition and it will require some tests such as an Xray or ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong with Charlie.

Throwing up water is very serious, as it can quickly lead to dehydration. I see that Dolly isn't spayed, and her vomiting and not eating can be due to a pyometra. A pyometra is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. I would have her seen by a vet immediately.
