Is it okay to give my dog milk for constipation? Will it help?

No, I would not recommend giving Foxy milk for constipation. Milk actually causes GI upset in dogs, so it will not help. You can try mixing in a tablespoon of canned pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling) on with her food to see if that helps. If she's still constipated in 24-48 hours, then I would have her seen by a vet as she may need a laxative or enema. The vet can diagnose the cause of the constipation.
