hi, I have a 6 year old german shepherd named Kaiser, Ive noticed over the last week or so some white discharge on the tip of his penis.... can you tell what this might be?

Yes, this is normal for some dogs to have a little bit of discharge from their penis that can become stuck to the hair. As long as his urinary habits haven't changed (no accidents in the house, etc) I wouldn't be worried. If he's not licking himself clean, you're doing exactly what you should by wiping him after he urinates!
