My Japanese Spitz puppy sometimes limps after jumping. What's wrong?

I have 5 months old Japanese spitz dog he hurt her leg when he was jumping I gave him Arnica 200,my confussion is he seems some time it's doesn't hurt he walk properly but sometimes he he put up that leg which he hurt before so what to do plss suggest.

This symptom usually happens with a condition called patelar luxation (knee cap injury), this is a condition that requires treatment only if your dog is in pain otherwise it is advised to leave it. the treatment is surgical.
