Due to the fact that it has ulcerated, I would highly consider having it surgically removed entirely and then sent off for analysis so that we can determine what kind of mass it is, cancerous or non-cancerous. I'm glad to hear that Willow's lump has not dramatically changed in size and that she is otherwise feeling okay. Lumps and bumps can be benign or malignant masses, granulomas, abscessed/infected lesions, among many other conditions. Even though this lump has not changed, I still recommend taking Willow to her vet for further evaluation.
