Can you identify my rescue dog's breed? Lab, Pitbull, Chihuahua mix?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 29 days old | 20 lbs

I found this dog on the side of the road in Mexico when she was about 1-3 months old (guessed) I have no idea what breed she is, I know that she is mixed because there is so many different breeds here. I think she is a Labrador Pitbull Apple Head Chihuahua mix. Can you tell me what you think?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Snow is so cute! I’d definitely say a Labrador mix. But what that “mix” consists of is anyone’s guess. I can see the Apple head chihuahua being a possibility but I don’t see pit bull so much in these pictures.

Regardless, she is cute and you are a lucky, wonderful person for adding her to your life!

I just rescued a puppy. How big will he get and what breed is he?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! He is adorable! He is a mixed breed dog but a predominant breed is hard to guess as he looks very well mixed. I would say that he has some characteristics of a Newfoundland and a Bernese mountain dog. I would say that he is likely to be a medium-sized breed dog to perhaps a bit larger. Good luck!

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It looks like Snowball may be a mix of poodle and maltese judging from the pictures. If you want to know more of an accurate determination, there are DNA tests that you can do such as the Wisdom Panel which are not expensive that will tell you what breed of dogs Snowball consists of.
