Royal Canin makes a prescription diet called Hepatic and Hill's Science Diet makes l/d for Liver care. Both these diets would probably be good options for Lucky but it's important to double check with your veterinarian first. BalenceIT is my usual go to for supplementing home cooked diets. However, it is usually most appropriate for young-mostly healthy dogs. Dogs such as Lucky need more assistance. I would strongly recommend talking to a veterinary behavior specialist.
