Feeding her just eggs would not be a balanced diet for your dog. If you think she has a food allergy then you would need to feed her a novel protein (venison, duck, kangaroo, and rabbit are examples of novel protein sources or a hydrolyzed protein) You could use prescription diet z/d or d/d. You would need to feed the only diet for 6-8 weeks and monitor for improvement.

Dogs are omnivores and can get enough nutrition from a balanced commercial vegetarian food. If you would like to try a meat diet, you could consider a novel protein diet. A novel protein is one that Buddy hasn't eaten before. You could consider venison, bison, fish or duck. If you are working with your veterinarian on creating an elimination diet, then you will likely be feeding Pepper only the agreed upon diet for the first 12 weeks without any changes to it. After that, you may introduce new foods one at a time at a specified frequency. In food sensitivities, a hydrolyzed diet such as royal canin hypoallergenic can be very effective also. Chicken and rice is a very bland and effective diet in the short to medium term but would need supplemental feeding in the long term

But, you do need to make sure that the diet you're feeding is complete and nutritionally balanced for long-term feeding.
