Sadly puppies needs a lot of supportive care to be able to pull through Parvovirus infection. Sometimes even with all the necessary care, they don’t make it.I t depends also on Walker ‘s immune system and how strong he is but he should really have at least intravenous fluids and antisickness medications. It sounds like you've done a good job disinfecting your home - if the new pup is finished with her vaccinations, the risk should be minimal. To be safe, you could certainly try and keep her in the areas of your home where your previous puppy never spent time or used the bathroom. But from what you've said here, it seems unlikely that Kiki would get sick - the parvo vaccine is usually very effective, so most cases that I see are in unvaccinated pups.

This is a viral infection so there is no direct treatment for the virus so the treatment per se is directed at treating secondary bacterial infections and mostly helping with the clinical symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea and inappetence. This warrants ideally hospitalization with some cases being able to be managed with outpatient care depending on its severity. I recommend that you continue to follow up with a veterinarian who can institute therapy for Cleo as soon as possible. The quicker this condition gets treated the better the outcome tends to be. The best thing to do to prevent parvovirus is to make sure that Bella is up to date on her vaccines, and to start the new puppy's vaccine protocol right away. The new puppy will need 3 series of vaccines: the first at 8-10 weeks, the second at 12-14 weeks, and the third at 16-18 weeks. Also keep the new puppy away from any dogs with an unknown vaccination status, and restrict her outdoor activities until she is fully vaccinated.

Unfortunately a part from nutritional support there is not much else you can do at home as Parvovirus infection is quite severe one and ideally requires quite intensive care (antibiotics, IV fluids, medications against diarrhoea and vomiting are often required). Hello. Please, please, please, see your veterinarian. Your older pup has a good chance of survival with the right treatment. This does not automatically mean hospitalization, many of these pups can be treated at home with the right instructions, medications, fluids, etc. But you do want to have the pup examined so that you know what you need to do at home. Vaccines require the immune system of the vaccinated patient to mount a response which may take a few weeks. By that time, parvovirus is unlikely to be in your pup's system. The best thing would be to separate them for at least 3 weeks until everything clears on your pup and make sure your German Shepherd does not have contact with your pup. Best of luck!
