I don't think there is an actually chart but German shepherds can range anywhere from 65-100 pounds depending on their genetics. I rarely see them over 100 pounds and be an ideal weight. Since Soska is 10 months and around 55 pounds, I estimate that she will be around 70 pounds at an ideal weight when she is full grown. You want to make sure you see a "waist" when you look at her from above and from the side. It is more important to look at her overall conformation than just weight and age. If has a thin layer of fat over her ribs, a normal abdominal tuck for her breed and looking down from above her she has a good layer of muscle and fat over her spine than she is at a good weight.

Hi there. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I think that based on the photos Bruno looks very characteristic of a 5 month old GSD. I am not really sure what you are worried about. I would not be overly concerned about anything related to his looks until he is full grown (about 18 months of age). You absolutely don't want a large breed puppy to grow too fast as that can cause joint abnormalities so be careful of this. He should be eating a large breed puppy food so I hope the Royal Canin you are feeding is this type of diet and not just a general puppy food. If you have specific concerns I suggest you take him to your vet for an exam. Again, I think he looks just fine from the photos. Best wishes.

He does appear a bit light for the breed. Some German Shepherds stay small. However, I suggest you have him examined by your veterinarian who can then tell you whether he is too thin, or normal for his size (he is not fully grown yet), needs more muscling or needs better food for development. THis is only possible with a hands-on exam.
