Hi. I found a puppy yesterday and he was full of fleas and was skinny to the point you could feel his bones. I was wondering on where to take him.

This poor puppy! I would take him into your local SPCA. They can treat his fleas, take him into a vet for care, and can find a home for him when he's healthy. You can also see if there is a local dog rescue in your area to help you. I hope this helps!

If you do not want to adopt the puppy you can take it to your local no-kill shelter or humane society.
Should you want to keep it, best take it to a vet for a general exam and vaccinations, and get some flea medicine and wormer. He should gain weight on good quality puppy food.
