Signs of an ear infection are often a discharge in the ear, redness to the ear, sensitivity to the ear, scratching, head shaking or an odor. I cannot appreciate the dry nose from the photos but you can rub some Vaseline on it for a few days to see if it helps. The problem with treating the nose is that dogs often lick off whatever medication you apply to it. If you are worried about it you should have your vet check it. As for the ear, if there is an infection, most dogs will shake their head a lot, sometimes they scratch at the ear(s), they may rub the ear(s) on the carpet, you may notice a foul odor coming from the ear or discharge. Again, if you are worried you should have your vet check the ear(s) with an otoscope.

If the ear is droopy and she is shaking her head she probably has an ear infection. Because of the head shaking and probably scratching as well, blood vessels in the ear are exploding, causing blood and fluids to fill the pinea ans swell. This condition is called "ear hematoma" and needs medical or surgical treatment. The ear infection needs to be treated as well as it is the primary cause, usually ear drops from the vet will solve this, in some cases systemic antibiotics are prescribed as well. Regarding the the droopy ear I personally prefer the medical treatment (steroids for 4 weeks) over the surgical one, unfortunately most vets will still opt for the surgery.
