Yes, please take her in right away. This sounds like she is in a lot of pain. Dogs pant a lot and tremble when they are in pain. Since she’s not spayed she could have a uterine infection that can become life threatening, or many small dogs get intervertebral disc disease which can cause the symptoms you are seeing. They will need to do an exam and possibly lab tests or X-rays to get a diagnosis, then they can give pain medication and the appropriate treatment. It could be abdominal pain as well as spinal pain. Sometimes spinal disease can have vague symptoms such as shivering or shaking. I would recommend that you have her checked over as there are some medications that will ease the pain immediately but it is essential to distinguish wether the symptoms described are related to a muscular condition,to osteoarthritis or to something more serious like an herniated disc in her spine. This last case is the worst scenario as it can worsen very quickly and determine paralysis. I hope you can have Ebby checked over ASAP and that it is nothing too serious.

It can be difficult to precisely determine if back or neck pain are present without a lot of training, and it is often overlooked at home. Since she is intermittently crying and panting, it sounds as though Luna may be relatively painful. I recommend taking her to the vet for an exam to try to determine the source of this pain so that treatment can be started. Until you can get to the vet, keep her restricted to a crate or small room and avoid allowing her to jump on or off of furniture or use the stairs, as this could exacerbate any underlying injury. Your vet will be able to localize the pain and give him the appropriate pain meds to help him feel better. If it is his lower back, you vet may also prescribe him a stool softener so it is easier for him to have a bowel movement. Your vet will also be able to do X-rays if needed. Additionally, it is impossible to know what significance that lump is without a physical exam and likely testing. Apply pressure to the bleeding area for 10 to 15 minutes to help stop the bleeding.
