Hi and thanks for posting. You shouldn't need to change the food frequently- in fact doing so can create a very picking and finicky eater. Ceaser's is lower quality food. You might opt for something a little more higher quality such as Purina Pro Plan, Hill's Science diet or Wellness brand formula. However, there are causes for decreased eating such as tooth infections or periodontal disease that can make eating painful. Other causes can include kidney or liver disease, pancreatic diseases, and endocrine disorders among others that can lead to decreased appetite and/or weight loss. I would recommend an exam with your veterinarian soon along with some basic blood work to start to determine if there are any underlying issues. I hope this helps!

If he stopped eating it just because he doesn't like it then you can a new brand of food and see if that improves his appetite. I really like Royal Canin and Eukanuba brand foods. Both have great puppy diets. I don't know if he is a large or small breed puppy so get him the appropriate sized puppy food. Some dogs are just picky and you have to change the food around a few times before you find one that sticks. If he stopped eating because he has no appetite then he needs to see the vet for an exam. It sounds like Hershey may be bored with his food or getting other types of foods that makes him not want his dog food anymore. He otherwise sounds like he is happy and healthy. i would try to offer him a high quality dog food (canned food is very tempting for pets!) such as Royal Canin, Eukanuba, Evo or Hlil's Science diet. You can start with a canned food that is slightly warmed in the microwave to make it really aromatic. See if this temps him to eat a bit better. Chapatis, oats, and rice are not a balanced or healthy diet for a dog. Dogs need protein and calcium as well as many other vitamins and nutrients, and that diet you provided doesn't give him that. I see that Max is six months old, so he needs a puppy formulated food. Puppies need higher amounts of calories, protein, and calcium than adult dogs, and a puppy formulated food will provide that for him. I would not give him human food any longer, and put him on a puppy dog food until he is 12 months. Then he should be on an adult dog food. Brands I recommend include Royal Canin, Hill's Science Diet, Purina ProPlan, and Iams. I would also have a health check for him with the vet. He may be feeling unwell from have a nutrient deficient diet, or he could also have a medical illness causing the loss of appetite. Please keep in mind that even if it is a medical illness causing him to lose his appetite, the current diet you are feeding him is very poor and he needs to be on a puppy food.
