Dog won't get in car for vet. Are there vets who do house calls?

That way Roxy doesn't have to travel and she will be more comfortable. They can also probably help you with some ideas on how to get her used to getting into the car. it is hard for me to give advice on this without being present to see her behavior myself. It depends on the clinic, but typically no, vet clinics do not pick up the cat from the home. There may be a mobile vet clinic in your area, which can come to your home to treat Hope. I would see if there is one of those in your area. Otherwise, I'd see if you can get a ride from a friend, get a taxi, or call a local clinic to explain your situation and see if they can help. Yes, using a house call veterinarian is a good idea now especially since neither you or your puppies will be exposed to many people or other dogs. House calls are convenient and you get one on one time with the veterinarian. They are appropriate for routine vaccinations and care. Great question! There are a few things you can do with Booboo. He does need to see a vet, so I would see if there is a mobile vet in your area who can come to your home to see him. You can also see if there is a vet in your area that makes house calls. To help with his anxiety, given that he seems to have a lot of it, you can discuss with the vet about the possibility of giving Booboo anti-anxiety drugs. There are a few OTC things you can try as well. You can get his a DAP collar, which releases pheromones when in contact with his skin that helps with anxiety. You can also get a DAP diffuser to plug in which can be used with the DAP collar as well.

I would recommend contacting a mobile veterinarian and see if they can come out to your house and work on her there. If she is too difficult to handle, you may need a veterinarian and technicians to safely grab her using restraining techniques / drugs to be able to get her the treatment she needs. You can even feed her treats with sedatives in them to get her. I would see if the mobile veterinarian can come out to start with. I hope this helps! You could try to find a mobile vet that would come to your house to examine her. You could also get a cage muzzle and put it on her before taking her to the vet so she won't be able to attack another animal or person. You could also ask your vet for a mild sedation which might help, too.
