My puppy has white bits in his urine and is tired. Is it serious?

That is an interesting picture. Is it possible that there was something on the sidewalk prior to her urinating? Was this a one time occurrence? I would recommend taking her into a veterinarian. They may want to collect a sample to see if it is still present. They may also want to collect a sterile sample of urine by doing a cystocentesis ( using a syringe and needle ). It sounds like she might be suffering from a urinary infection, you will have to take her to the vet, bring a fresh urine sample with you, a urine analysis will be done and if an infection is found- she will be treated with antibiotics.

Keep in mind that this may be unrelated to the crystals and can even be something like urinary incontinence. I would continue monitoring for signs of painful urination or bloody urine. If she continues this behavior, she will need to see a veterinarian to see if she has a urinary tract infection. It is a more likely condition in a female pup given their anatomy. Antibiotics alone are usually effective for an infection, which I'm assuming was the cause of the bloody urine. The fever, lethargy and loss of appetite would make me suspicious of a kidney infection though, which may need additional treatment depending on the findings. The rowatinex should also be helpful for dissolving stones if this was seen. Without knowing more about his case and being able to examine him, I'm not able to offer any more insight into his specific problem, or additional treatment. Your puppy may have a urinary tract infection. Since puppies can deteriorate very quickly (they heal quickly as well), I suggest you make an appointment with your veterinarian. He may need to be prescribed antibiotics and pain medicine.

Poor Kai! There could be a urine infection or crystals in the urine. Certain toxins can also cause this as well. I recommend to have him examined by the Veterinarian today.
