I do not recommend a bully breed, especially a puppy to be checked in the cargo area. As soon as the breeder deems him weaned and ready then he can fly with you. Good luck!

I would advise letting Luna wear the jacket during the day and during nap time when you are home to monitor her. Sometimes the jackets can shift and she could get a leg stuck..etc. I would not advise to let her sleep in the jacket until you are sure she is not going to get stuck and have a panic attack and hurt herself.
