My momma dog is weak, not eating 6 weeks after puppies. Urgent?

Lelia not eating is a sign that she feels very bad and it's possible that it is related to a reaction from that dewormer although other causes are possible. The big concern is that she is very young and not eating. Puppies do not have the physical reserves of an adult dog. If she has not been eating since Monday then you need to take her in for an exam and medications to soothe her stomach. You don't want her to end up with low blood sugar and need a visit to the emergency clinic! If she will not eat her own puppy food, try warmed white meat chicken and plain white rice. This is not balanced but it will be fine for a few days. If she will not eat that, she is pretty sick. With young puppies, it's best to be cautious as they are fragile. Have her checked out today if possible.

This does not sound like eclampsia. That typically presents as an emergency with symptoms of collapse, severe trembling and weakness. This sounds like more of a slow process and there can be many causes ranging from an infection in her uterus, mammary glands, a gastrointestinal issue, or other generalized infection. I would recommend an exam by her veterinarian to try to pinpoint which system is affected and what is going on.

I am sorry Queen isn't feeling well. Since she is not eating and acting weak, I would not give her more time, I would get her to a vet right away. They need to check for parasites and parvovirus. If she had a very large parasite load, the dewormer could make her ill as the worms die off. However, most puppies are not as sick as you have described. She could also have another disease that presented at the same time. Regardless, she needs veterinary care. I worry that her blood sugar has dropped low as she is not eating well.
