My 3-week-old rescued puppy is weak and won't eat. Should I see a vet?

I would be concerned that Queen isn't eating because she has a medical illness. Anorexia is a very general sign of illness in dogs, and can be caused by systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury. I would have her seen by a vet as soon as possible for a health check. The vet can diagnose what is causing her to not eat and can discuss treatment plans with you for her.

I would have him parvo tested and have his blood tested to see if there are any other abnormalities. Subcutaneous fluids would certainly help him feel better and he may be so dehydrated the IV fluids may be the best option for him.
