My dog's back legs are weak after jumping. Disc or pinched nerve?

Difference in symptoms between ruptured disc and pinched nerve? My poodle jumped off a high bed, back legs not working well...he is peeing and eating, no poop today

Symptoms can be exactly the same although with a pinched nerve symptoms are usually less severe and do not last as long. symptoms include limping, obvious pain, aggressiveness, lethargy, not wanting to move or to be picked up.
