Poor Dough Boy! At this point, he should have an abdominal x-ray to make sure there isn't an obstruction, especially if the shot she gave him was an anti-vomiting injection and he is still vomiting. If the x-ray is negative than he should also have blood-work done to look for abnormalities as it is concerning that he is vomiting, lethargic, and losing weight. Besides, pushing the pill all the way back in his throat and holding his mouth closed until he swallows, there isn't much more you can do to administer an oral medication unless he would eat it in a treat.
