I recommend to have some diagnostics. If your vet seems unwilling to do this, I recommend to get a second opinion. Chronic vomiting is not normal and can indicate many things including an ulcer in the stomach, a foreign object in the stomach, a tumor in the stomach, GI parasites, inflammatory bowel disease or even something like kidney disease. If Tink is vomiting, I would not let her have any food or water as this may lead to more vomiting and quicken dehydration. Because she is so small it will take long for dehydration to set it. The lethargy and vomiting can be a sign of diet change, infection, pancreatitis, or even stress induced if there has been any changes. I would take her to the vet this evening to have some blood work done to find out the source of her sudden symptoms.

Poor Takumi. If you tried offering him chicken and he won't eat, that tells me he is quite sick and cannot be treated at home. He needs to see a vet immediately to get this diagnosed and treated.
