Can I give my dog vitamin e oil directly on his food instead of giving it to him.in capsule form? My vet told me to introduce this to his diet but I never asked what version

If your dog is on the high quality diet she should not need to have any vitamin E supplementation. Vitamin E is one of the four vitamins (A, D, E and K) that are fat-soluble for both humans and animals. That means that they are stored in the fat of the liver, so an overdose is possible. Unless your vet recommends you give it to her then I would not recommend it.
