My dog takes Tramadol 50mg. The bottle says 2 pills 2 -3 times daily. My daughter gave her medicine this evening before 9:30p. I didn't realize it and I gave her another dose around 11:30p. That would make 3 doses for the day, we usually only give her 2 doses. What should I watch for that would indicate she's overdosed?

No that would not affect her at all, you can continue with standard regime now.
