My dog seems tone deaf. How can I get their hearing properly tested?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 10 months and 21 days old | 104 lbs

How would I know if my dog is tone deaf? Our current trainer said that’s a possibility but never gave us anymore information about it.

The only way to test a dog's hearing is by performing a special test under anesthesia. This is a very specialized test and usually requires a visit to a specialist. For more information about this test, please see the link below:
