My dog has tick fever and stomach pain. What pain medication is safe?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 5 months old | 66 lbs

Hello Team, My GSD male has been suffering from Stomach Pain (Only in the Morning & Evening for 1hr) for the past 21 days. He has been diagnosed with Tick Fever and is on medication. But, the pain hasn't left him. The medicine he is having are as follows :- 1. Inj. Berenil ( 1st day) 2. Inj Prednisone ( 1st Two days) 3. Doxycycline Tablet 4. RBC syrup from Vetroquinol 5. Cyclopam Syrup 6. Herbal Liver Tonic I'm attaching his blood test report for reference.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Perhaps they could add a medication for pain control at this point. In that case, I would recommend something like Tramadol for example. That should help him. Best of luck!
