How much to remove a golf ball-sized lump from my dog's tail?

My 7 year old boxer has a benign cyst located at the end of her back by her tail. Approximately how much to take this lump off. It's about the size of a golf ball

Hello, sorry to hear about Sadie. It looks like the mass can be removed, however, it needs to be further evaluated to determine if it is bonging or aggressive. An aggressive mass may need a more invasive surgery then a benign mass and this would likely differ in prices as well. You should have your veterinarian evaluate this mass to determine if there is evidence of aggressive, cancerous cells.

If none, a likely mass removal for this site may range from $700-1000 depending on your veterinarian fees. It could be more or less. This will differ greatly between veterinarians and how invasive the surgery needs to be.
