My Chihuahua's vulva is swollen with a hole after nursing. Infected?

This is definitely possible that she is already back in heat. She could also have an infection so be sure to keep an eye out for any abnormal behavior like not eating, lethargy, or vomiting. If you see any abnormal behavior or just want to be sure, I would have your vet take a look at her to ensure she is healthy. I would not breed her during this heat cycle since she just had a litter. Yes, it is possible that Peanut is in heat for the first time, as dogs may not always have obvious bleeding during heat. If she cleans herself very well, she may be licking up any bloody discharge. To be safe, I would keep her away from any intact dogs, and do not allow her out into the yard unsupervised. It's never recommend to breed a dog on their first heat, as she will not be mature enough physically and emotionally to raise puppies.

Chiquis likely is suffering from a bacterial dermatitis in this area or possibly a yeast infection. You will need to keep her from licking by placing a cone/e-collar on her. I suggest you make an appointment with your vet for an exam. The vet will likely take a swab and check the material under the microscope to verify that this is indeed a bacterial infection or a fungal (yeast) infection and them prescribe the relevant antibiotic or antifungal medication.

I would recommend that you have Chowper examined by a veterinarian. It is hard to see the pictures since they are a little dark and blurry. I am seeing areas of hair loss, and possibly bruising in the third picture. A common cause of hair loss in young dogs is demodectic mange. This would require treatment with a veterinarian. Other possible causes for hair loss include fleas, lice, infections (bacterial or yeast), ringworm, allergies, among others. A vet can examine the skin and determine what is the cause so that she can be started on the best treatment. A swollen vulva with red discharge can be caused by a dog being in heat or in labor. If her mammary glands are enlarged, then it is possible that she is pregnant, since this does not normally happen in dogs in heat. While it is not common in younger dogs, it is still possible that she has an infection in her uterus (called a pyometra), which would require emergency vet care.

If Carly is showing any other signs of illness such as vomiting, lethargy or drinking excessive water go to the vet asap as she may be developing a pyometra which is a life threatening uterine infection. If she is otherwise normal I still recomend a vet visit asap but it may be ok to wait until Monday vs an ER clinic. But please have her checked as any signs of infection of reproductive tract in a dog that recently went through a heat cycle could be serious. The vulva looks swollen indeed. Stevie may have vaginitis, which is not uncommon in young dogs. It is usually mild but irritating bacterial infection of vulva. The other explanation I can think of is a small wound or insect bite the triggered the itchiness and irritation and Stevie by continues licking the area, made it worse. First of all, you need to stop her from licking the vulva. Head cone would be ideal. If she doesn't tolerate a cone you could try a diaper, but a cone would be better. If the swelling does not go down or at least improve in the next 24hrs you will need to take Stevie to your local vets for a check up.

It is the skin around the vulva that is irritated and swollen, not the vulva itself. The vulva will swell when they are going into heat. This is a skin infection. I suggest you have her to your vet for an exam.
