My 180lb english mastiff had mange initially on his back which we treated and the hair is growing back. Now it appears the mange is on his feet as one paw is puffy and sores are present. How can we treat his feet?

Hi there. There are many things that can cause hair loss, sores, and swelling on the paws, so I wouldn't necessarily assume that it's mange unless this has been diagnosed with a skin scrape by your vet. Other possible causes would include allergies, a bacterial or fungal skin infection, or even an auto-immune disease like lupus or pemphigus foliaceus.
Treatment will depend on what the underlying problem is, so I would recommend taking Jake to the vet for an exam. He/she can do some simple skin tests if needed to help diagnose the problem and get him started on appropriate treatment depending on what is found.
