Why is my dog struggling to walk, itching, and acting scared?

Muscle tremors in the back legs can be a sign of pain, anxiety, or a neurologic problem. It's difficult to know if the injections might be related without knowing exactly what they were. If the tremors are the only symptom and your dog is not walking normally and does not seem painful you might be safe to monitor this weekend and see your vet when they open. If your dog is weak, having trouble walking, appears painful or has other symptoms like a decreased appetite or vomiting I'd recommend seeing an emergency veterinarian.

I am sorry to hear about Alfie! Shaking and inability to sit still/get comfortable easily can be a sign of pain/discomfort so I would recommend a visit to his veterinarian for an exam. It is possible he could have some musculoskeletal pain, pain from the anal glands, or pain/irritation of the skin if his itching issue hasn't been treated. The vet can perform a good physical examination on him to help determine what is causing his discomfort and treat it appropriately.

It looks like she could have a skin infection and/or an allergic dermatitis. You could clean the area with a wound wash and see if it continues to improve. Otherwise, she should be examined by a vet for treatment. She may need an antibiotic, antihistamine, or a corticosteroid to help treat.

I would recommend a recheck and possibly pelvic xrays by your vet. The tucked tail and awkward/weak gait indicates pain or weakness in the hindlimbs or pelvis and may require additional treatment. It would be advisable to receheck the fistulas during this visit to rule out deeper abscesses developing also

Regardless, it does seem like he should see a veterinarian for a proper diagnosis and treatment. At the very least they can prescribe pain control medications if he seems unconfortable. Poor Tiny - it sounds like he has a lot of things going on! Licking his paws and scratching could be due to seasonal allergies to grass or pollen (very common this time of year), or some other skin condition such as a bacterial or fungal skin infection, or skin mites (mange). Twitching or flinching when you touch his back can sometimes be associated with itchy skin, but could also indicate pain in this area. His limping may be due to his paws being sore and itchy, or he may have injured himself somehow. I would recommend having him checked by a vet as soon as you are able to - he/she can do an exam and some simple skin testing or x-rays if needed to help determine what's wrong.

It sounds like your dog should be seen by a vet for a thorough examination to determine the cause. I am concerned that he looks like he is ready to pass out so please call your vet or go to an emergency clinic. It could be caused by pain, parasites, metabolic/endocrine disease, infection, etc. and your vet can do a workup to diagnose and then determine what treatment is needed.
