My dog suddenly has stomach pain, vomiting, and vaginal bleeding. Vet?

It sounds as Choco is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet URGENTLY, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

Vomiting blood is serious. The GI upset could be due to many conditions including eating something she shouldn't have, bacterial over growth, parasites (worms and giardia), poison, a bleeding disorder, pancreatitis, cancer or intestinal blockage. I recommend to have your pup examined by the veterinarian today. Try to remember to take in a stool sample. The doctor will check her for parasites and bacterial over growth and other diagnostics may be recommended as well. She needs the correct diagnosis in order to receive appropriate care. As she is unspayed i strongly suspect a uterine infection, it can often be missed on blood test and xray. i strongly recommend taking her urgently to the vet for a recheck, an ultrasound needs to be done and bloods needs to be repeated, if this is what i suspect, she will need an emergency surgery to have her uterus removed.

Lacey needs to be seen by veterinarian immediately. This could indicate a severe case of colitis or gastritis, a severe infection, a foreign body, internal bleeding or even something as serious as parvovirus. Dogs can get very dehydrated from this and have secondary issues with her kidneys and liver. Do not give her anything to eat or medication until she is seen by a veterinarian.

I am sorry to hear about Coco. I would recommend a trip to the vet today. Given his symptoms, his age, and the contents of his vomit we worry very much about an gastrointestinal foreign body/obstruction. The vet can do an x-ray to see if there is any evidence of material left in the GI tract. If there is, they may give him fluids and laxative to see if it can pass or may recommend surgery based on how severe the problem appears. If no evidence of obstruction is present he may need symptomatic treatment for his upset stomach such as anti-nausea medication and antacids.

With her symptoms we would worry about things like a bleeding stomach ulcer, trauma due to ingestion of a foreign object, bleeding due to a disease such as Addison's disease, or a blood clotting disorder which can be caused by ingestion of a poison. With all these symptoms you describe I would recommend taking Lola to the vet right away, to an emergency vet if there is one in your area this evening.
