My dog won't eat or move, has stomach pain, and is leaking from butt.

It sounds as if Maggie is either constipated, or is having trouble with her anal glands. These glands are just inside the rectum and may need to be emptied out, at your vet clinic. The other possibility is that she has a painful back or pelvis, which could be making it difficult for her to position herself to pass stool. I'm sorry Meatball isn't feeling well at all! It sounds like her stomach is quite upset and painful. The pain in her stomach could be indicated by her constant position changes, whining, and inability to stay in one position for long. These signs could be due to a severe GI illness, eating something rotten, a foreign body, or even cancer which unfortunately is always a possibility in a senior dogs. The excessively licking could be due to being nauseous, but it could be due to allergies which would cause the constant scratching as well. I would have Meatball seen by a vet immediately for a physical exam, blood tests, urinalysis, and x-rays to diagnose what is causing her symptoms so she can be treated.

Yes, it does sound like Maggy is sick, and it's concerning that she won't move, eat, and sounds lethargic. I would not try to move her, and I would also try to tempt her to eat by offering her some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice, or by soaking her food in gently warmed low sodium beef or chicken broth. I recommend that she sees her veterinarian to determine the cause of her symptoms. Her hindlimbs and lower back should also be assessed. This sounds very concerning and you should take her to a Pet ER tonight. She could have a severe infection or could have swallowed a toy and now has an intestinal obstruction. This is an emergency. The vet will need to take radiographs and if it is an obstruction Daisy will likely need surgery. Please take her to the PetER now.

If Maggie is not showing any signs from gastrointestinal tract, like vomiting or diarrhea, blockage will be a very unlikely explanation of her discomfort. If she has difficulties to jump, or if she is refusing to jump at all, I would suspect that she has spinal pain (which may look very similar to abdominal pain) or pain in the hind legs (hips, knees). If she continues to be uncomfortable and not herself, I would recommend to see your local vets to find out what is going on and give her the right treatment. At the moment, I don't think there are any remedies that you can treat her at home with.
