Poor Milo. It could be a number things causing this including a severe GI illness, eating something rotten, a foreign body, pancreatitis, or an illness like kidney disease. Yes, you should take her to your vet for an exam. The downward dog position is probably from some sort of pain or discomfort in her abdomen. The vomiting and not eating also goes along with that. Please take her to a vet as soon as possible.

If your pet has vomited this much in the past 45 minutes I would be very suspicious of a foreign body or a very intense dietary indiscretion (eating something he shouldn't have). I would recommend you start supportive care (like Famotiidne 05-1.0mg/kg every 12 hrs and a bland diet like Purina EN Gastrointestinal canned food OR boiled plain chicken and rice or cottage cheese. Poor Mia does sound sick at the moment! It sound like she has had some diarrhea if her poo is looser than usual, and she has thrown up a number of times. She could be suffering from a GI liens, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or could be suffering from pancreatitis among other causes. Given that she has vomited a number of times and appears to have had diarrhea, I would take her into a vet now.
