Pet's info: Dog | Labradoodle | Female | spayed | 8 months and 9 days old | 45 lbs
My puppy was spayed in February. She now has bumps on along the incision site (about 5 bumps), 2 of which are red. 1 of the two red ones has something sticking out of it. I tugged (lightly) on the thing sticking out, thinking it was a scab, but quickly realized it was an internal suture. She has a vet appt at 10AM (8.5 hours from now). Will she be okay to wait that long? Did I do harm by fooling with it?

It's probably just a reaction to the suture material, because the surgery has been done 3 weeks ago i would recommend taking her to your vet in order to get it checked, a course of antibiotics may be needed in order to resolve this.
