My dog has a sore on her back that's getting bigger. Vet advice?

I would recommend bringing Grayson to a veterinarian. It looks very irritated and potentially from him licking at it. It may be something like a histiocytoma which is a benign growth that gets big and ugly but then resolves. This happens in young dogs so I wouldn't be surprised if that is what it is. Because it is getting worse quickly, make an appointment tomorrow to get your Vet to look at ti. They will likely prescribe antibiotics, something for the itch, and maybe a topical. Good luck!

It appears that he may have a skin infection. Keep the lesions clean and dry until then, but he may need some antibiotics. You can use a mild antiseptic shampoo to clean the lesions but be sure to rinse well.

If it doesn't seem to bother Gracie, then I would recommend monitoring it for now to see if this resolves on its own within the next few days. You can apply a cold compress on the area (if needed) for 5-10 minutes to help with some of the swelling, and a very thin layer of Neosporin once every 12 hrs as needed; however, this is likely to resolve on its own as long as Gracie doesn't bother it and it doesn't spread. If the bump does appear to get worse over the next 24-48 hrs, then its best to get Gracie seen by your vet for stronger medication to get this to resolve. There is a slight chance that this is an infected pocket (abscess) that will require a short course of antibiotics and treatment to get this to heal well. I would recommend Oscar be seen by his veterinarian to have this evaluated further. He may need topical or oral antibiotics or other medications as needed. I hope this helps!

This is very concerning and appears to be a moist dermatitis, likely caused by a bacterial infection. Your dog needs to be seen by a veterinarian asap for an exam, clean up of the lesion which includes shaving the hair off all the way into healthy areas of the skin to see the extent, a possible skin swab and, depending on the diagnosis, prescription antibiotics in tablet or ointment form.

This kind of lesion/blister needs to be ideally assessed by your veterinarian to have a definitive and specific answer. Usually there are two ways your vet can do that a part from examining it directly during physical examination. A biopsy can be taken under local or general anesthetic, otherwise a smaller sample through a fine needle can be aspirated (this technique is called FNA= fine needle aspiration). Differentials include skin cysts, infections, benign or more sinister type of tumors.
