My dog was shaking for two days less than a week ago, then we contacted a vet and he prescribed an anti inflammatory medicine which we gave him for two days and he started to feel better, but yesterday he slipped on the ground because there was water on it and he wasn't able to walk properly, now he's dragging one of his hind foot and he doesn't seem to have much sensing going on, he's 6 and a half years old Bichon/Maltese dog, please help!!!

Pulled muscle, intervertebral disc disease, soft tissue injury of another kind (pulled ligament), could be all possible differentials diagnosis at this stage.
Certainly a check up at your local veterinarian would help to understand exactly underlying cause and treat appropriately. Anti-inflammatory medications will speed up recovery and alleviate pain.
